Overview
This website is operated by take2supply ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order.
Products and descriptions
We sell vintage, Y2K, and modern apparel and footwear, including new, deadstock, and secondhand items. We work to describe each item accurately, including size, measurements, and condition, and to photograph it clearly. Vintage and secondhand items may show normal signs of age or wear, and visible flaws are noted in the listing. Vintage sizing differs from modern sizing, so please check the measurements in each listing. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
One-of-a-kind items and availability
Most of our items are one of a kind. Quantities are limited, and an item may sell on another platform before we can update this site. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or listing errors at any time. If an error affects an order you've placed, we'll contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, unavailable items, or errors in pricing or description. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provided is accurate and that you're authorized to use that payment method. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment providers, and we don't store your full card details.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax where required by law.
Shipping
All orders ship via USPS within 2 business days of payment, according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, according to our Return Policy. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Accuracy of your information
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and shipping information when placing an order and to keep it up to date.
Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us right away at info@take2supply.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Intellectual property
All photos, text, logos, graphics, and other content on this site belong to take2supply or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission. Brand names that appear on our products belong to their respective owners, and their use here is only to identify the items we sell. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use this site to:
- break any law or regulation
- interfere with the site's operation or security
- attempt unauthorized access to any part of it
- upload harmful code
- scrape or copy content for commercial use
- submit false information
Third-party links and services
Our site may link to third-party websites and use third-party services, such as Shopify and USPS. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, other than those required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Because vintage and secondhand items are pre-owned, we can't guarantee they are free from age-related wear. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, take2supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless take2supply from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. If you have a dispute, please contact us first at info@take2supply.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
